I have been an artist ever since I was a young child. My grandmother was an artist for the National Cathedral and she has always helped foster my love and appreciation of good art. While in high school it was obvious to me that drawing and painting were going to have to be a part of my life forever. When people would ask me what I want to do when I grow up - I usually would reply by saying "I am just hoping that one day someone pays me to doodle." I am proud to say that I have found a profession that not only allows me to doodle ... but encourages it.

I went to the School of Visual and Performing Arts at Syracuse University. Syracuse always stressed the foundation of an art students skills. When I left Syracuse with my BFA in Computer Graphics I had been able to continue my skills in the traditional Fine Arts.

An internship at MTV had me thinking that I was meant to do graphics for on-air television. However, after settling in DC I realized that the opportunities in production were not the same in DC as in NYC. I quickly moved into the marketing industry and have found my niche but also my newest passion.
